3 FORMATS TO DEAL WITH EVERY NEED

The approach to catering is developing, due to the diversification of the consumers’ requests: it was for this reason that we have thought to create three new formats, designed specifically to accommodate different needs. The MINI format (35g) is perfect to be served in aperitifs and coffee breaks, the STANDARD format (65g) can deal flawlessly with every dish and the MAXI format (100g ca) is an optimum ally for quick and delicious meals.

MORE THAN A BREAD

Straight From freezer to oven!

Easy to preserve and to bake, SCHIOCCO is a frozen bread ready to be baked in the oven and its specificity is to maintain the taste unchanged long.
Preparing it is very easy, it needs only to be extracted from the freezer (-18°C) and then baked following the instructions.
The raw and pre-leavened Schioccos bake in 22/24 minutes in the oven at 175/180°C; all the filled raw pre-leavened Schioccos bake in 18 minutes in the oven at 180°C, while the filled fully baked Schioccos only need to be warmed in the oven at 200/210°C for 2/3 minutes.
After baking you will be able to enjoy the genuine flavour and taste that comes from our choice of excellent raw materials.
